•I understand that non-payment of Registration fees may lead to cancellation of my enrolment.
•I declare that I will abide by policies and procedure of CACI University given in the student handbook and college website.
•I hereby grant permission for CACI University to verify any documentation which accompanies this application with the issuing body.
