• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection and business continuity measures are in place and maintained.
• Provide user support (helpdesk), training, procurement and vendor management for ICT systems and devices.
• Lead digital transformation projects, fostering adoption of technologies that improve teaching, research and administration.
